We know there is no shortage of aviation industry newsletters, updates and newsfeeds vying for your attention every day. So, why should you take the time to open this one?

As a member of the OAG Aviationcustomer family, you already know what we are about. Our focus is on data - and developing opportunities to transform that data into business intelligence to help you and your company achieve greater success!

Through this newsletter, we will present innovative ways that industry colleagues from around the globe are improving and growing their businesses using our aviation data.

We will also demonstrate new data applications and options that might just provide the missing piece of a vexing puzzle you’ve been trying to solve.

Industry changes and challenges
It is no secret that our industry has experienced an enormous amount of change over the last 75+ years. OAG Aviation has been through it all, right along side of you, from the good times to the challenging periods and everywhere in between. There is one thing that has remained constant: our desire to bring effective business solutions to the global aviation marketplace.

We know that 2009 will be a tough year as the industry weathers the next downturn cycle. My colleagues and I look forward to seeing you at conferences and trade shows — or hearing from you by email or phone - to discuss your challenges and find ways that we can help your planning and decision-making process.

Our company is devoted to strengthening our customer partnerships and maintaining your confidence in us.

Once again, all of us at OAG appreciate your business and we hope you discover many useful facts and ideas in our newsletter.

Best regards,

John Weber
