SSIM File(Standard Schedules Information Manual)

Standard Schedules Information Manual (SSIM) is the industry-standard format for relaying complete schedule information in an automated environment. When OAG receives schedule updates in SSIM format, they go through a fast and efficient edit/validation processes before being loaded to our database and distributed. A complete schedule "comprises all services operated under an Airline Designator for the Period of Schedule Validity," as specified by the carrier. Unless bilaterally agreed, when an airline uses this format, all schedule services must be included—even if only some of the flights have changed

Worldwide Through File

The Worldwide Through File content provides all direct flights on the OAG Schedule Database for a one-year effective range. This file content is similar to SSIM, but eliminates fields not traditionally used for schedule analysis, enabling a file to be PC accessible. It also provides information compiled from other related databases such as, total seats, tonnage for each flight and duplicate flight indicator.
