Fleet DirectoriesCommercial Jet Fleets / Regional Aircraft Directories In 2006 alone, there were almost 11,000 aircraft transactions that affected the more than 34,000 aircraft in the world’s airline jet and regional aircraft fleets. The CJF and RAD directories can help you find your way through this maze of constantly changing information. The Commercial Jet Fleets (CJF) Directory is the most comprehensive and frequently published jet fleet reference source available today. Effective February 1, 1997, OAG Aviation acquired exclusive responsibility for the production and distribution of the CJF directory from Federal Express Aviation Services, Inc., (FEASI). A few months later, OAG began publishing equally comprehensive quarterly issues of the Regional Aircraft Directory (RAD). Based on the Lundkvist worldwide database, which covers major transactions in the life of most aircraft built since 1940, these directories each consist of two volumes published quarterly, providing up-to-date, hard-copy sources for tracking airline fleets and new orders. Monthly JetMart and PropMart reports, which track used aircraft market availability, are also available. Commercial Jet Fleets and Regional Aircraft Directory are divided into two volumes each and include data summaries to simplify analysis tasks. CJF/RAD Volume I Undelivered New Orders Undelivered new commercial jet or regional/commuter aircraft orders are summarized in three easy-to-read tables: Summary by Model and Delivery Year, Summary by Buyer, Model and Delivery Year and Undelivered New Orders by Carrier. Option information is summarized as follows: Summary by Model and Delivery Year and Summary by Buyer, Model and Delivery Year. Fleet Summary by Aircraft Type The Fleet Summary by Engine report is a listing by engine type of the world’s jet or regional/commuter fleets, including totals for owned/leased aircraft and aircraft on order. The Fleet Summary Synopsis is a listing by model of the world’s jet or regional/commuter fleets, including totals for owned/leased aircraft, aircraft on order, and, aircraft built but not yet in commercial service. The Fleet Summary by Model report identifies operators of each aircraft type so you can quickly obtain accurate fleet counts. Airline Directory and Fleet Summaries This section provides a quick reference summary of each airline’s fleet, along with address, telephone, fax and telex numbers. CJF/RAD Volume II Detailed Commercial Aircraft Inventory by Airline Quick reference summary of commercial jet or regional/commuter aircraft by airline, plus a comprehensive aircraft-by-aircraft listing by airline including tail, serial and production line numbers, year of manufacture, engine type and ownership status. Monthly CJF/RAD JetMart and PropMart Report An annual subscription to the CJF or RAD directory also includes the corresponding monthly JetMart (available to CJF subscribers) or PropMart (available to RAD subscribers) report, which keeps you up-to-date between quarterly issues of the directory. For both publications, the Transactions section summarizes transactions as they happen, while the Availability section lists commercial jets or regional aircraft available for sale and lease around the world.
