Chronological Listing

The Airport Chronological Listing displays all domestic and international flights scheduled to depart from and arrive at a particular airport. The basic report includes the to/from cities, arrival and departure times, carrier name, flight number, days of operation, type of equipment, classes of service, effective and discontinue dates, and more. Requests can include the full itinerary of the flights contained in the chronological listings, which also shows all scheduled stops for each flight.

Code Share Services

To provide the best travel experience possible, airlines must ensure consistency of service for passengers across all their flights. With the increase in the number of codeshare relationships and the fact that travel agent and airline reservation systems are being updated at different times, synching difficulties often result. OAG’s CodeShare Services eliminate such difficulties, reducing the amount of errors, re-bookings and promoting accurate displays by all airlines involved.

Features

  • Email notifications of mismatches are delivered when they occur
  • Simple summary reports spotlight data mismatches between airline and partner information
  • Exact details of each mismatch are identified
  • Reports can be provided on a regular or ad-hoc basis
  • Trends or improvements in code share data are also identified

Benefits

  • Unnecessary costs created by out-of-synch data are reduced
  • Rebooking costs are reduced
  • Passengers receive seamless service
  • Frequency flexibility enables easy integration into your business model
  • Improved communications occur between codeshare partners
